Now that you have a better understanding of your needs and the market, it's time to start preparing your home for sale. This can include decluttering, painting, and staging your home to showcase its best features. You may also want to consider hiring a professional photographer to take pictures of your home.

Finally, it's time to list your home. This can be done through a real estate agent like me!  (hi)  Make sure to price your home competitively and be prepared to negotiate with potential buyers.
